American Diabetes Association The ADA Safe at School program provides resources and counsel to ensure all students with Type 1 diabetes are able to safely and successfully participate in school and school-related programs and activities. Safe at School provides resources for parents and teachers, support for both public and private schools, and additional efforts such as guidance on legal protections.
