Chris Dudley is currently CEO and founder of the Chris Dudley Foundation, which was established in 1994 in order to help children with diabetes pursue their dreams. The Chris Dudley Foundation is dedicated to kids with diabetes, and provides educational programs, advocacy, and supports diabetes research. Through the foundation, Chris also established the only basketball camp in the country for children with diabetes. Chris has been a role model on and off the court and was diagnosed at the age of 16 with Type 1 diabetes.

Chris has not only been a leader in generating funds for diabetes research and education, but an outspoken advocate for all kids & young adults. In 2005 and 2006 Chris was invited to address the U.S. Senate committees on the topics of diabetes funding and research. Chris has supported Providence Child Center by serving as Honorary Co-Chair for the NBA/NFL Celebrity Golf Challenge in 2003.
