"During this event, I was screened and diagnosed with diabertes retinopathy and thank the Chris Dudley Foundation for offering these free health screenings and information about nutrition - I could not have afforded all the medical attention that day. The healthcare providers were all so accessible and I now have a treatment plan and resources I didn't know were available. This event has saved my life and I'm very fortunate to have attended."
