  • Obesity/Overweight
  • Lack of exercise
  • Unhealthy diet
  • Increased age
  • High blood pressure and high cholesterol
  • Family history of diabetes
  • History of gestational diabetes
  • Ethnicity
  •   

    WARNING SINGS:

    • Frequent urination 
    • Excessive thirst
    • Increased hunger
    • Weight loss
    • Tiredness
    • Lack of concentration
    • Vomiting & stomach pain
    • Tingling sensation or numbness in the hands or feet
    • Blurred vision
    • Frequent infections
    • Slow-healing wounds

    World Diabetes Day is an official United Nation's World Health Day. It is celebrated every year on   November 14. World Diabetes Day is represented by a blue circle logo. The blue circle is the global symbol of diabetes and signifies the unity of the global diabetes community in response to the diabetes pandemic.
